Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

All new accounts include a 14-day free trial with no payment taken. Cancel anytime before it ends without charge.

2. Billing

Paid plans bill in advance monthly or annually, exclusive of GST, and renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@mailfromwtf.in. Your plan stays active until the period ends.

4. Refunds

• Monthly plans: current month non-refundable.
• Annual plans: full refund if cancelled within 7 days of purchase/renewal.
• Duplicate/erroneous charges: refunded in full on verification.

5. Processing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
